Do I need to be licensed to join the team?

Yes, you must be a licensed real estate agent in Ontario, or actively working toward your license. If you’re in the process, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to discuss how we can support your transition into the business.

Is this a salaried position or commission-based?

All positions are commission-based, as is standard in real estate. However, we provide high-quality leads, systems, and mentorship to help you close more deals confidently and consistently.

What kind of support will I receive as an agent on your team?

You’ll get access to lead generation tools, CRM systems, marketing templates, admin support, and personalized coaching. Our goal is to take the guesswork out of your day-to-day so you can focus on building relationships and growing your business.

Are there any monthly fees or costs to join?

We aim to keep fees minimal and transparent. We'll go over any brokerage-related or team-specific costs during our first conversation, so there are no surprises.

Can I work part-time or on a flexible schedule?

Yes! We value results over hours. Whether you're full-time or easing into real estate part-time, we’re open to building a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.

Where is your team based? Do I need to live in Ottawa?

Our core market is Ottawa and surrounding areas. While we primarily serve clients in this region, we’re open to hybrid and remote collaboration with agents who are a good fit and can work within the area.
